Antique Brass and Oak rotating magazine / newspaper rack by The Hall Brass Manufactory, England having two divisions and a carrying handle on a rotating rack supported by a tripod brass base with down-swept legs ending in paw form feet. Circa 1900.
The rack is 14.5" x 5.5" and stands 29" tall
Figured elm seat and brace back.
