A fine set of four English George III carved mahogany chairs, circa 1770. The set is comprised of an armchair and three side chairs. Each chair with a shaped crest over a carved Gothic openwork splat. The upholstered slip seats are trapezoidal and rest within a conforming exposed frame supported by the moulded front legs with Gothic tracery and squared back legs. Condition: Very good with rich color and patina. Dimensions: Height 38 1/2", Depth 19", Width 23".

A fine English George II walnut dressing table, circa 1740. The rectangular top with a wide outer border in figured walnut over a case fitted with five drawers with vigorously grained walnut. The drawers retain their original brass pulls. The lower edge of the case with a shaped skirt all over four carved cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.
