A fine early English Charles II Period carved walnut armchair, circa 1680. The chair has a refined shaped crest and back with barley twist and squared back legs. The carved arms with scrolled terminals over the front legs with bulbous turnings which are joined by a carved front stretcher. Condition: Very good, the finials on the back legs have been restored.
