Pair of paintings, one a Florida view, Higgins traveled to Florida like Shapleigh to paint scenes. I want to sell the pair together so don't ask me to sell just the Florida view. In what appear to the original frames, circa 1880. 15" x 10.5" approx frame size. He is known to have painted in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, as did many New England artists of his day.
