English Georgian Carved Mahogany Pier Table 1770

A fine English George III carved mahogany marble top pier table, circa 1770. The table with a rectangular marble top over an elaborate base carved with four cabriole legs with acanthus leaves and scrolls on the knees terminating in bold claw and ball feet. The frieze with a gadrooned lower edge. Condition: Very good. Dimensions: Height 33 3/4", Depth 21 1/2", Width 39".
