In the frame and behind glass the overall measurements of this pastel painting are 37.5 inches tall by 47.5 inches wide. Kurt Rueping was an American artist who lived between 1909 and 1995. Kurt Rueping was highly respected commercial artist who worked for Walt Disney in his early years and later worked out of his home, specializing in clowns.
